A competitively priced grading and tendering service is provided to our clients for Coffee and Cocoa on both the London (LIFFE) and New York (NYBOT) Markets.

In London we have a direct link with the LCH via GATS (Grading and tendering system), enabling us to submit and download grading and tendering information at a press of a button. The information is imported into our in-house GATS Keeper management system and is available to be reported to our clients in their chosen bespoke format. This information can be transmitted via e-mail, as an Excel spreadsheet, or another format if required.

In New York a major New York clearing member represents us. They service our grading and tendering requirements to our specification. The team working in this company has a wealth of knowledge in this field.

We can provide a Ship-to-Tendering service for our clients. Just give us the Shipping documents with an instruction to grade the coffee and leave the rest to us. Please feel free to enquire about this service for an in depth explanation (Insurance activity not included). We have been working with a number of warehouses in various ports over the years and have established many good working relationships that can benefit our customers.

Reports of daily grading (Coffee and Cocoa) and an end of month grading analysis (for coffee only) are available to our clients.
